Any promises of fixed salaries made by HR personnel should be promptly highlighted to senior management. HourBrand does not commit to fixed salaries for employees working under its banner. Salary arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in individual employment contracts and may vary based on the nature of the services provided. Clients engaging in outsourcing services may hire our employees strictly on a contractor basis. No employer-employee relationship will be established, and clients are prohibited from placing our employees on their payroll during the contract period.

Clients utilizing our outsourcing services agree not to hire any HourBrand employees directly for a period of three years from the start date of their service plans. Additionally, clients are prohibited from approaching our employees for any unsolicited or unethical tasks during and after the contract period.
10.4 Employee Conduct
HourBrand employees engaged in outsourcing services are bound by strict ethical guidelines. Any employee found reaching out to clients for personal financial benefits will face immediate termination, and legal actions may be taken against them.
